Is it like a foundation? A cream? I have heard that it gives a glow to the skin when added with make up.What brand sells it and do u get this in india?
What is a face/skin illuminator? How do u use it?
it's powder as far as i'm aware...yes...it gives you like a summer glow and a refreshed look. it brightens up your skin during the drap winter months. i've seen info-mercials....on the HSN. =)
Reply:Skin illuminators come in powder, cream, mouse, etc. L'Oreal, Revlon, Neutrogena, and all those brands make them, it's like make up with tiny particles that reflect light.
Reply:the previous person gave you a great answer that illuminators come in different forms from many different brands. it's my favorite type of make up because it makes you look youthful, dewy, glowing and not shiny or dull (with matte make up). I'm always on the hunt for a great illuminator =) good luck!
Reply:I use Magic Potion from Prescriptives. I use it under my foundation. It brightens the face and gives a hint of a glow.
