What Is "Bleaching Cream"?

What is bleaching cream? I heard alot of people are using it to make their skin lighter.

Is this harmful? How does it work? And where can you get it?

What Is "Bleaching Cream"?
Bleaching creams remove pigment from the skin particularly in areas that are freckled or dark. The best bleaching agent is hydroquinone. It is available OTC up to 2% strength and at 4% strength through a dermatologist. While these bleaching creams do work once you stop using them/get sun exposure the results disappear. It is being debated right not whether to pull these products off the shelves due to a possible cancer risk.
Reply:Not their skin, their unwanted facial hair. It lightens your facial hair to match your skin tone. It is harmless, and it doesn't hurt at all. I use it for my facial hair, and I like it a lot because it really works.
Reply:Bleaching cream? Do you want to look like Micheal Jackson?
