My gran swears by Echinacea, you have a cold- echinacea, you have an infection- echinacea, you feel unwell- echinacea. I read it's generally to encourage the healing of wounds particularly if prone to infection, and as a natural antiseptic. Improves the integrity of the skin. Minor wounds, cuts, grazes, bites and stings. Boils and skin infections. neuralgia, shingles, cold sores....
Can I used this in a cream form to help new tattoo heal?
Can I apply Echinacea Cream to help my new tattoo help?
Apply what your tattoo artist told you to apply. I would not be happy if my clients decided on their own what they feel they should use as an aftercare product. I also would not guarantee any work if my clients departed from my instructions. Grandma doesn't know a thing about healing tattoos, does she?
Reply:i don't know of that cream but what i found fantastic for my tattoo's was almond oil with lavender oil. the lavender is a natural anesthetic and great skin healer and the oil stops the scab hardening
Reply:your best bet would be to just go with applying nespoin every day until it is heals tat is what my dad does and it works .
Reply:Echinacea may make a great cream, but stick to the classics. A%26amp;D, Neosporin, bacitracin, etc. are tried and true. Use what every other tatto artist would suggest; they know what works.
What does grandma use on her tattoos?
Reply:DO NOT put neosporin or vasoline on your tat.... they can draw the ink out of your skin- use what your artist suggested, or A%26amp;D ointment, until it starts to peel, then a gentle non scented lotion like lubriderm.
Good Luck!
Reply:go with what u know will work..........
i know for a fact everyone says the same that i know even the ppl who did my tat... lubriderm.............
