Skin Help: How can I get an even skin tone?

Im 14 and I'm trying to find something good to use on my skin to make it look less blotchy and make an even skin tone. I dont have acne or anything but i have a little bit of circles under my eyes and when i get cold my skin turns blotchy and purple-ish. I want something thats not a foundsation..just like a cream or sumthing. or maybe a foundation if it isnt to heavy and wont just make my skin worse. also im very pale

Reply:First, Do you clean, tone and moisturize you face. If you dont that could be your first problem. Doesn't matter what your skin type is everyone should use the 3 step cleaning process.





You do not need to use a foundation. All you need is a good undereye concealor; they make concealor just for your eyes.





They even make concealor for the blotchy look for you skin. It's called green corrector concealor.





or you can just use translucent powder.
