My skin is going crazy!?

My facial skin is going crazy!

I began having lots of acne-like, or pimple like "irritations" all over my face.

They are pretty intense on my forehead and sides of the cheeks.

They are not exactly pimples, because I am 26 years old. They are rather irritations or the fats re-surfacing from my chronic constipation problem.

I have visited two different dermotologists and they all said, "... there is nothing I can do.. just apply this cream where ever goes out of controll..."

So screw the doctors. Now, it is time to turn to the natural methods.

Do you recommend any natural ways to fight the surface of the pimple-likes? Any diets? Any natural creams or "washing face with milk"?

The worst fear I have is those irritations being left on my facial skin permanently as they become scars. How do I prevent forming scars?

Can you give me any tips on getting my facial skin back to the soft, acne-free, handsome state?

Any tips/advices will be appreciated.

Sounds like you may have gotten into something you're allergic to.

Changed soaps lately? Body soap, laundry soap, shampoo, cream rinse? Anything like that?

Are you on any meds for the chronic constipation that you could be allergic to?

Have you changed shower curtains? Maybe you need to since bacteria can build up on them if they aren't scrubbed once in a while, or maybe you're allergic to the new one?

And a dermatologist couldn't help? That's really weird.

Make an appointment with your regular doc and see if he can help.

Do the 'bumps' come to heads like a pimple? If they do, you may have adult acne and there's plenty of OTC for that. Any Mart would carry them.

Maybe talk to a pharmacist and see what he says.
Reply:well i have practiced doing facials. Do to a solon and try to get a facial that's for acne. Do that one a week, and if that doesn't work then try proactive!
Reply:Start washing your face three times a day, do not touch your face with your hands, and keep your hair out of your face and forehead. The key is to keep from spreading oil around on your face. Try Nutrogena products, or better yet, try Proacive, it has worked for a few of my friends.
Reply:I would go to a health food store and ask there. Or try Pro- active (worked for me)

What are you eating? do you have a balanced diet?

Do you drink plenty of water?

I suggest starting from the inside out. And use a very gentle cleanser.
Reply:Watch what you eat and do not pop them do not touch your face at all. Use rubbing alchol and no harsh soaps. I would recommend a regular bar soap.
Reply:Try this..I swear by it. Put a few uncoated aspirin in the palm of your hand. Disolve them with a few drops of water. Apply the paste (it will be slightly gritty) to your face and let sit for a few minutes until dry and turns to powder. Brush off the powder and rinse your face.

I also made an astringent by putting a few aspirin in a small bottle with some distilled water and apply with a cotton ball.

A few days of this and your face will return to normal.
Reply:I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/... that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.
Reply:I feel really bad for you.. the thing that is working for me is jojoba oil yes a oil honest it is awesome look it up on ask.com tons of resources "jojoba oil and acne" ! and i've heard dairy products have alot to do with acne try it take them out or really slow down on them i'm gonna do it to to see if it helps!! look that up to hope it helps!!!
