Need help with skin problem!?

So i had oily skin and i wanted to reduce it so i bought a cream called Marcelle Cleansing Milk, it says that it removes makeup and impurities. Its formula enriched with which hazel and cucumber extracts, is specially formulated to cleanse both dry and more oily areas of face. After a few days of using it i got small pimples all around my forehead going down my face (to the sides near my hair). What should i do?

You might be allergic. Stop using it and contact a doctor. But in the future, use Proactiv, it's better.

Reply:Be glad that you have oily skin when you are older you wont have many wrinkles. Any product that you even suspect is making you brake out get rid of right away. Hairspray can cause acne on your hair line so if you use it make sure to cover your forehead. Also holding your cell phone next to your ear causes acne because of the bacteria. Those may be contributing to your problem. Be careful not to touch your face to often this also contributes in making your skin oily.





and i promise i know what im talking about because i go to school for esthetics.......im not making this stuff up haha
Reply:Considering the location, around the edges of your face, you may not be rinsing it off well enough and the residue is blocking pores which is helping the acne start in the area described.





Check the ingredients, other than the witch hazel and cucumber extracts which are both probably safe. Check the alcohol content, too. One of those might be the source of your sensitivity.





Don't use proactive, benzoyl peroxide is used to induce skin cancer in lab animals. I might not be a lab animal, but I don't want to be a guinea pig for a chemical company.
